San Francisco, CA – September 1, 2022 – Talentsky, a social media network advancing skill transparency as the foundation of an inclusive culture, announced the addition of former Microsoft HR executive Monica Pool Knox to its advisory board.
Ms. Pool Knox is recognized as a transformational HR leader with a track record of scaling business growth and driving high impact through innovation, functional excellence, and human centered leadership. Throughout her 25+ year career, she has worked with a number of high-performance companies and transformed the way they attract, engage, develop, deploy and retain world-class talent globally. At Microsoft, Pool Knox led Global Talent Management where she oversaw functions such as Career Development, Internal Talent Movement, Strategic Talent Planning and Product Management of AI enabled career development products. While at Microsoft, she also led human resources for a global workforce of over 8,000, focused on Cloud and AI. In addition to Microsoft, Ms. Pool Knox was Chief People Officer at LivePerson and held a number of HR leadership roles at companies such as Twitter, Sony, PepsiCo, The Walt Disney Company, and Verizon.
Pool Knox serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC) as well as a Board Director of Swedish Health Systems and Board Director for DreamSmart, a hybrid behavioral / financial technology platform delivering management solutions across multiple business verticals. She earned her MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
